You hear from us when we say you will. Quotes are returned promptly. Schedules are honored. If something changes, you hear about it from us, not from a delay that goes unexplained. The same person who quotes the job is the person who runs it.
Daily cleanup, end-of-job cleanup
On longer projects we tarp, contain dust, and clean up at the end of each day so your home stays livable through the work. When the job is done we do a final cleanup so the space is ready to use, not ready to mop.
Honest pricing, finished under budget
We quote what we believe the work will actually cost, not the lowest number to win the job. Clients regularly mention that their McFarlin's project finished under budget. We would rather earn that than win a job by underbidding and then nickel-and-dime our way through it.
